JAKARTA – Happy Hapsoro’s company, Sentosa Bersama Mitra, has become a shareholder of PT Minna Padi Investama Sekuritas Tbk (PADI) after acquiring 650 million shares on February 19, 2025.

The shares were purchased at IDR 15 per share, requiring Sentosa Bersama to disburse IDR 9.75 billion. Following the transaction, Sentosa Bersama holds 5.749% of PADI’s shares.

“This transaction was carried out for investment purposes with direct ownership of the shares,” said Djoko Joelijanto, President Director of PADI, in an information disclosure on Friday (21/2).

On the same day (19/2), Eveline Listijosaputro, the company’s previous controlling shareholder, sold 204.4 million shares at the same price, allowing her to gain IDR 3.07 billion.

As a result of this transaction, Eveline's ownership in PADI decreased from 2.92% or 330.14 million shares to 1.11% or 125.33 million shares.

At the close of the first trading session on Friday (21 February), PADI’s share price rose by 6.25%, reaching IDR 17 per share, compared to the start of the trading day. (DK/ZH)
