JAKARTA – NV III Holdings Limited has injected Rp40.86 billion by acquiring 1.02 billion shares of PT Bukit Uluwatu Villa Tbk (BUVA). The investor, based in South Korea, increased its stake in BUVA.

Rian Fachmi, Corporate Secretary of BUVA, confirmed that NV III Holdings increased its stake by 4.96%, raising its ownership from 4.3% to 9.26%. "The purpose of the transaction is for investment," he said, as quoted on Friday (21/2).

Prior to the transaction, the shareholder held 885.77 million shares in BUVA. After the transaction, the total number of shares owned rose by 1.02 billion to 1.90 billion shares. The share purchase occurred on February 18 at a price of Rp40 per share.

Meanwhile, on the same day (18/2), PT Asia Leisure Network sold its entire 1.70 billion shares in BUVA at Rp40 per share, reducing its stake by 8.27% to zero. (LK/ZH)
