JAKARTA – PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR) has announced the resignation of two of its senior executives, Tonny Kusnadi and Stephen Duffus Weiss.

Tonny Kusnadi has stepped down from his position as President Commissioner of TOWR, while Stephen Duffus Weiss has resigned from his role as Deputy CEO.

Monalisa Irawan, Corporate Secretary of TOWR, stated that these resignations have been effective since February 21, 2025. After leaving their positions, Tonny and Stephen will serve as advisors to the company and its subsidiaries.

“This change will not negatively affect the company’s operations, legal standing, or financial condition,” said Monalisa, the company’s Secretary. She added that there is no other undisclosed material information.

As a note, TOWR is a telecommunications tower and fibre-optic network company. Owned by the Djarum Group, the company operated over 35,000 telecom towers and 160,000 kilometres of fibre-optic networks across Indonesia as of September 2024. (KR/ZH)
