CEO of DPUM resigns, what's going on?

JAKARTA – PT Dua Putra Utama Makmur Tbk (DPUM) announced that their CEO, Witiarso Utomo, has submitted his resignation.
Ratna Dwi Astutik, Corporate Secretary of DPUM, stated that the company received Witiarso Utomo’s resignation letter on February 19, 2025.
“However, the final decision regarding this resignation will be made at the upcoming General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS),” she said in a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Wednesday (19/2).
Witiarso Utomo was previously appointed as CEO of DPUM at an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on 22 August 2024. His relatively brief tenure has drawn attention from market participants and shareholders.
Nevertheless, Ratna emphasised that Witiarso Utomo’s resignation will not significantly impact DPUM’s operational activities, legal aspects, financial conditions, or business continuity. (DK/KR/ZH)
