BDKR secures IDR 48.7 billion from project in Tolo

JAKARTA – PT Berdikari Pondasi Perkasa Tbk (BDKR) has secured a contract worth IDR 48.7 billion for the provision of a super heavy lift crane. The heavy equipment will be used for the maintenance of 16 wind towers owned by PT Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy (SGRE).
BDKR’s President Director stated that the super heavy lift crane will be utilised for maintaining wind towers in Tolo, South Sulawesi.
“We are committed to providing reliable and sustainable infrastructure solutions to ensure the operational efficiency and sustainability of renewable energy projects,” he said, quoted on Monday (24/2).
He highlighted the company's expertise in foundation and heavy lifting. By working on this project, BDKR contributes to improving the reliability of the wind power plant (PLTB), reducing carbon emissions through the optimisation of renewable energy use, while prioritising safety standards and sustainability, including the implementation of efficient and environmentally friendly crane technology.
The project is expected to be completed within the next 16 months. "This is part of BDKR’s efforts to expand its portfolio in renewable energy projects across Indonesia," he added. (LK/ZH)
