DRMA commissioner sells 159,100 shares at peak price

JAKARTA – One of the commissioners of PT Dharma Polimetal Tbk (DRMA), Noel Aelyo Laras Kusuma Negara, has sold 159,100 shares, equivalent to approximately 0.004% of the total shares.
The transaction took place on 19 February 2025, at an average price of IDR 930.26 per share, during a period when DRMA shares briefly hit their highest price of IDR 935 per share.
“This share sale was carried out for divestment purposes with direct ownership,” said Ari Indra Gautama, Corporate Secretary of DRMA, in a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Monday (24/2).
Additionally, on 13 February 2025, Noel Aelyo had previously sold 2,100 shares, representing 0.0001% of DRMA shares, at IDR 925.48 per share.
Following these two transactions, Noel Aelyo's shareholding in DRMA decreased to 66,988,800 shares, or 1.422%, from 67,147,900 shares, or 1.426%.
At the close of trading on Monday (24/2), DRMA's share price rose by 1.68% to IDR 910 per share, compared to the opening price of IDR 895 per share. (DK/KR/ZH)
