JAKARTA – John Veter Firdaus Reagen has acquired 676,500 shares of  PT Brigit Biofarmaka Teknologi Tbk (OBAT) through multiple transactions.

Is Heriyanto, President Director of OBAT, stated that the transactions took place on February 18-19 and 21, 2025. The shares were purchased at prices of IDR 625, IDR 674, and IDR 840 per share.

“The purpose of this transaction is for investment, with the ownership status being direct,” said Is in a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

Previously, John Veter Firdaus Reagen had also purchased OBAT shares on February 13, 2025, acquiring 152,000 shares at IDR 615 per share.

After completing these transactions, John Veter Firdaus Reagen now owns 30.59 million shares or 5.1% of OBAT. Before the transactions, he held 30.66 million shares, equivalent to 5.11% of the company’s shares. (DH/KR/ZH/VA)
