DATA welcomes two new individual investors

JAKARTA - On Monday, February 24, the list of share ownership changes above 5% of the Indonesia Stock Exchange shows two new individual investors in PT Remala Abadi Tbk (DATA), a firm that provides data centers and telecommunications infrastructure.
First, through PT MNC Sekuritas and two more securities, Budi Aditya Erna Mulyanto purchased 93.11 million shares of DATA. He now owns 6.77% of the new shares. Djoni then purchased 70 million DATA shares through PT Mandiri Sekuritas, acquiring 5.09% of the company's shares right away.
Then, 4.23 million shares of PT Ginting Jaya Energi Tbk (WOWS) were added by another individual investor, Robby Adijaya. He raised his ownership stake to 9.52% after acquiring the shares through PT BCA Sekuritas. WOWS shares work with the oil and gas industry as support services.
Then, through PT Ciptadana Sekuritas Asia, Jhon Veter Firdaus Reagen added an investment of 180 thousand shares in the pharmaceutical company PT Brigit Biofarmaka Teknologi Tbk (OBAT). His share percentage increased marginally to 5.37%.
Bread maker PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk (ROTI) provided the final share addition, purchasing 1.47 million of its shares, resulting in 8.27% of the stakes. This transaction was facilitated by PT BCA Sekuritas.
On the other hand, Chemical Asia Corporation Pte Ltd, a foreign investor, released 113.47 million shares of VICO, which are shares of PT Victoria Investama Tbk, a financial services provider, in the largest share sale this time. PT Victoria Sekuritas Indonesia handled this transaction, and the investor held 18.56% of the remaining shares.
International investor HSBC-Fund SVS A/C Chengdong Investment Corp-Self sold 12 million shares of PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI), a coal mining holding company. CGS International Securities Singapore Pte Ltd. then sold well over 4 million shares of PT Wilton Makmur Indonesia Tbk. (SQMI), a gold producer.
HSBC-Fund now controls 10.4% of BUMI, while CGS International owns 18.26% of SQMI.
Additionally, PT Aims Indo Investama used PT KAF Sekuritas Indonesia to sell 2.62 million shares of PT Artha Mahiya Investama Tbk (AIMS), a restaurant and lifestyle company. The controlling investor's stake percentage dropped from 77% to 75.86%, according to the IDX.
The beverage manufacturer PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry & Trading Co Tbk (ULTJ)'s 600,000 shares were last sold by controlling shareholder Sabana Prawira Widjaja. His stakes are now at 49.81%. (KD)
