JAKARTA – PT Adikarsa Sarana (AS) increased its investment by IDR 900 billion in PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (EMTK) during a transaction on Wednesday (26/2).

Titi Maria Rusli, Corporate Secretary of EMTK, stated that AS purchased 2.25 billion shares at IDR 400 per share. "The purpose of the transaction is for investment," she said in a disclosure on Wednesday (26/2).

Following the transaction, AS's shareholding increased by 3.66%, from 10.43% to 14.09%, raising the number of shares it holds to 8.65 billion from 6.40 billion.

As of January 2025, the total number of EMTK shares recorded stands at 61.39 billion, with Controlling shareholders holding 21.89% and Non-controlling shareholders holding 78.11%.

The free float percentage is noted at 25.02%, and the number of shareholders is 34,632. The ultimate beneficiary of the share ownership is Eddy K Sariaatmadja. (LK/ZH)
