JAKARTA – Shares of PT Remala Abadi Tbk (DATA) have been once again bought up by its controlling shareholder, Verah Wahyudi S. Wong.

In an official statement to Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Tuesday (25/2), Verah reported the purchase of 93,085,100 DATA shares on February 21, 2025. The acquisition took place in the negotiated market at IDR 270 per share, significantly below the opening trading price at that time, which was IDR 1,590 per share.

Following the transaction, Verah’s ownership in DATA increased to 83.57%, up from the previous 76.80%.

The day before, DATA shares were also acquired by Djoni, a shareholder with more than 5% ownership. Through a transaction in the regular market, Djoni purchased 5.19 million shares at IDR 1,612 per share.

After the transaction, Djoni’s ownership increased to 5.09%, equivalent to 70 million DATA shares. (DH/KR/ZH)
