PSAB enters UMA, observe its stock trend!

JAKARTA – Shares of PT J Resources Asia Pasific Tbk (PSAB) came under unusual market activity (UMA) scrutiny in the capital market yesterday (26/2). Over the past week, the issuer’s shares have fluctuated, with a downward trend.
Yulianto Aji Sadono, Head of Transaction Monitoring Division at IDX, stated that the exchange detected indications of irregular transaction patterns in PSAB shares.
"The UMA announcement does not necessarily indicate any violation of capital market regulations," he said on Thursday (27/2).
Yesterday (25/2), PSAB shares declined by IDR 14 to IDR 268. A total of 286.72 million shares were traded, valued at IDR 78.51 billion across 23,852 transactions.
In the past week, the issuer’s shares have fallen by 11.76%, or IDR 36 per share. However, over the past month, PSAB shares surged by 25%, or IDR 54, and in the past year, the share price rose by 73.25%, or IDR 115.
Previously, the IDX also monitored PSAB's trading patterns, which were indicated as UMA on November 24, 2024, and suspended the shares in the regular and cash markets on March 6, 2024. (LK/ZH)
