JAKARTA – President Director and shareholder of PT Perdana Karya Perkasa Tbk (PKPK), Haryanto Sofian, has increased his shareholding through two transactions.

On February 26, 2025, Haryanto purchased 100,000 PKPK shares at IDR 715 per share. In his official statement, Haryanto stated that this purchase was for investment and direct ownership purposes.

Haryanto Sofian further explained that the share acquisition was aimed at investment and direct ownership.

Previously, on February 11, 2025, Haryanto had also acquired 50,000 shares of PKPK at IDR 710 each.

Following the latest transaction, Haryanto’s shareholding in PKPK increased to 689,000 shares, equivalent to 0.06%. Previously, he held 0.05% of PKPK shares. (DH/KR/ZH)
