JAKARTA – Wiriady Widjaja, President Director of PT Roda Vivatex Tbk (RDTX), has increased his stake in RDTX by purchasing 18,500 shares at IDR 13,000 per share on February 25–26, 2025.

In a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Thursday (27/2), Wiriady Widjaja stated that the purpose of the transaction was for investment, with direct share ownership status.

Previously, Wiriady had also bought 20,000 shares of RDTX at prices of IDR 13,125 and IDR 13,175 per share on February 19–20, 2025.

Following the transaction, Wiriady Widjaja’s stake in RDTX increased to 22.65 million shares or 8.43%. Previously, he held 22.64 million shares or 8.42%. (DH/KR/ZH)
