JAKARTA – PT Union Sampoerna Triputra Persada (USTP) distributed a dividend of IDR 500 billion for 2024 to PT Triputra Agro Persada Tbk (TAPG). The dividend payment took place on Wednesday (26/2).

In a disclosure quoted on Friday (28/2), Joni Tjeng, Corporate Secretary of TAPG, stated that the company owns a 50% stake in USTP and its subsidiaries. "USTP is a joint venture company of TAPG," he said.

The 2024 dividend distributed by USTP to TAPG increased by 233.3% from the 2023 dividend, which was IDR 150 billion.

In 2024, TAPG posted a net profit of IDR 3.12 trillion, surging 94.02% from IDR 1.60 trillion in 2023. (LK/ZH)
