Controlling shareholder divests 4.49 million shares in NICK

JAKARTA – PT Indovest Central, the controlling shareholder of PT Charnic Capital Tbk (NICK), reduced its stake through a sale transaction on February 26 and 27, 2025.
Anton Santoso, Director of NICK, reported that Indovest Central sold 4,496,300 shares at prices of IDR 700 and IDR 705 per share.
In an official statement on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Anton stated that the transaction was intended for investment allocation, with shares held directly by Indovest Central.
Following this divestment, Indovest Central's shareholding in NICK decreased to 392.7 million shares, equivalent to 60.31%. Previously, Indovest Central owned 397.2 million shares, representing 61%. (DH/KR/ZH)
