JAKARTA – PT Nev Stored Energy purchased 3.95 million shares of PT Green Power Group Tbk (LABA) during stock trading on Friday (28/2) last week.

Ferry Cahyo, Corporate Secretary of LABA, mentioned that Nev Stored Energy is the controlling shareholder of the company. “The purpose of this transaction is to increase share ownership,” said Ferry in a disclosure on Sunday (2/3).

Following this transaction, Nev Stored Energy now holds 563.95 million LABA shares, equivalent to 51.11% of the company's voting rights.

In its latest transaction, Nev Stored Energy bought LABA shares within a price range of IDR 242 to IDR 258 per share, with a total investment of IDR 1 billion.

“Nev Stored Energy is committed to maintaining its position as the controlling shareholder in LABA,” he said.

In the first session of stock trading today (3/3), LABA shares weakened by 2.33% to IDR 252 per share. (DK/KR/ZH/VA)
