JAKARTA – Shareholders of PT Hillcon Tbk (HILL) have approved a stock split plan with a 1:5 ratio, turning one old share into five new nominal shares. The decision was ratified during the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPSLB) on Monday (3/3).

Hersan Qiu, President Director of HILL, stated that the stock split plan was approved by all shareholders in attendance. "The quorum attendance was 81.482%, represented by shareholders holding 2.40 billion valid voting rights," he said, as quoted in an information disclosure.

The corporate action is set to take place next week (10/3). Following the stock split, HILL’s nominal share value will change from IDR 100 to IDR 20 per share, with the total number of shares increasing to 14.74 billion from 2.94 billion shares.

Currently, 61.76% of HILL shares are held by the Controlling Shareholder, while Non-controlling Shareholders hold 38.24%. The number of free float shares stands at 435.42 million, or 14.77% of the total listed shares. The total number of shareholders is 2,183, with Hersan Qiu being the ultimate beneficial owner of the shares. (LK/ZH)
