JAKARTA – Robi Cahyadi repeatedly purchased shares of PT Topindo Solusi Komunika Tbk (TOSK) in transactions last week, increasing his ownership to 6.33% of TOSK’s shares.

Mutsabbit Firas, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of TOSK, stated that the share purchase was carried out as an investment. “The shares are owned directly,” he said in a disclosure on Monday (3/3).

On 26 February, this TOSK shareholder purchased 11 million shares at IDR 50 per share, with a total transaction value of IDR 550 million. His ownership increased to 288.01 million shares (6.58%) from 277.01 million shares (6.33%).

On 24–25 February, Robi also bought 107.5 million shares at IDR 50, amounting to approximately IDR 5.37 billion. His holdings increased to 277.01 million shares (6.33%), up from 169.51 million shares (3.87%).

As of January 2025, TOSK had a total of 4.37 billion shares, with 54.17% held by Controlling Shareholders and 45.83% by Non-controlling Shareholders. The free float shares amounted to 873.69 million shares, or 19.97% of the total, with 4,810 shareholders. (LK/ZH)
