JAKARTA - PT Venteny Fortuna International Tbk (VTNY) received a loan of 200 million Japanese yen (JPY), equivalent to IDR 22 billion (assuming an exchange rate of IDR 110.2 per JPY), from CC Innovation Singapore Pte Ltd.

This agreement was recorded in a loan agreement, which was signed on February 28, 2025.

“It is true, VTNY received a loan from the Singapore company,” said Zasa Pinkan Kinanti, Corporate Secretary of VTNY, in an information disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Monday (3/3) yesterday.

However, Zasa did not disclose the specific purpose of using the funds. She only emphasized that this transaction had no material impact on VTNY's financial, legal, or business continuity conditions.

As of 09:40 am on Tuesday (4/3) today, VTNY's share price fell 1.88% to Rp157 from Rp160 per share. In the past month, the issuer's share price in the financial services sector has fallen by 16.32%. (DK/KR/LM)
