Investor spends IDR 68.44 billion to acquire 10.65% stake in TEBE

JAKARTA – PT Dua Samudera (DS) spent IDR 68.44 billion to become a shareholder in PT Dana Brata Luhur Tbk (TEBE), purchasing 136.88 million shares at IDR 500 per share yesterday (4/3).
Ayu Yusman, Corporate Secretary of TEBE, announced that DS’s ownership has increased to 10.65% from previously holding 0%. "The purpose of the share purchase is for investment," she stated in a disclosure cited on Thursday (6/3).
On the same day, TEBE’s board members, including commissioners and directors, sold all their shares. Roesbima Trisoera, Commissioner of TEBE, sold 42.18 billion shares (3.28%), and Hendy Narindra Dewantoro divested 2.45 million shares (0.19%), both at IDR 500 per share.
After the transaction, TEBE's total outstanding shares stood at 1.28 billion, with controlling shareholders holding 39.31% and non-controlling shareholders holding 60.69%. TEBE's shareholder structure now includes PT Robust Buana (7.32%), South Bay Capital Pte (8.89%), Hendy Narindra (0%), Roesbima Trisoera (0%), PT Prima Mineral Utama (39.31%), Lim Oi Wah (8.31%), DS (10.65%), and the public (10.65%).
The ultimate beneficiary of the shareholding is Roesbima Trisoera. TEBE has 5,094 individual shareholders, with a free float of 25.52%. (LK/ZH)
