MB Investment Management increases investment in CYBR

JAKARTA – MB Investment Management (MBIM) Pte Ltd increased its investment in PT Itsec Asia Tbk (CYBR) through a share purchase transaction on Monday (4/3).
Doni Mora, Director of CYBR, stated that MBIM purchased 100,000 shares at IDR 590 per share. "The transaction is intended for investment," he said in an official disclosure on Thursday (6/3).
Following the transaction, MBIM’s total shares increased to 1.77 billion (27.447%) from 1.77 billion (0.002%).
On the same day, Andri Hutama Putra, Commissioner of CYBR, sold 1 million shares at IDR 605 per share. His shareholding dropped to 35.5 million from 36.5 million shares.
As of February 2025, CYBR’s total shares were recorded at 6.55 billion, with the Controlling Shareholder holding 45.19% and Non-controlling shareholders 54.81%. The free float stands at 21.2%, with 2,744 shareholders in total. The ultimate beneficiary of the shareholding is Stone Tree International Limited.
At the close of trading on Thursday (6/3), CYBR shares corrected by 1.59% or IDR 10 to IDR 620 per share. The highest price reached IDR 650, and the lowest was IDR 620 per share. (LK/ZH)
