JAKARTA – Director of PT Pakuwon Jati Tbk (PWON), Sutandi Purnomosidi, purchased 205,800 company shares on February 13, 2025.

Sutandi spent IDR 104.92 million in the transaction, acquiring PWON shares at an average price of IDR 509.81 per share.

"The purpose of this transaction is for investment with direct ownership status," stated Minarto, Director of PWON, in an official statement at Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Friday (7/3).

Following the transaction, Sutandi’s ownership of PWON shares increased to 255,900 shares, up from his previous holding of 50,100 shares.

According to data from IDNFinancials.com, PWON shares closed Friday's (7/3) trading session up 1.46% at IDR 416 per share. (DH/KR/ZH)
