JAKARTA – Commissioner of PT Semen Indonesia Tbk (SMGR), Sony Subrata, sold 24,300 shares of the company on 30 January 2025.

In a disclosure of information, Vita Mahreyni, Corporate Secretary of SMGR, stated that Sony sold the shares at IDR 2,820 per share. “The purpose of the transaction was for direct ownership,” she said.

Following the transaction, Sony’s ownership in SMGR amounted to 175,300 shares or equivalent to 0.0025% of SMGR’s total shares.

Based on stock market monitoring, SMGR’s stock price increased by 2.11% to IDR 2,480 by the close of the first trading session on Monday (10/3). (DH/ZH)
