JAKARTA – Yacobus Jemmy Hartanto, President Commissioner of PT Jayamas Medica Industri Tbk (OMED), has increased his ownership in the company by purchasing 209.9 thousand shares at a price range of IDR 165-IDR 170 per share.

This transaction took place in four stages from 3 to 6 March 2025. In total, the value of the transactions amounted to IDR 35.05 million.

Leonard Hartanto, Director of OMED, explained that with this transaction, Yacobus Jemmy Hartanto’s total shareholding in the company increased to 244.14 million shares, or 0.9023% of the outstanding shares. Previously, he held 243.93 million shares, or approximately 0.9015%.

“The purpose of this transaction is to increase direct ownership in OMED,” Leonard stated in an official report on Tuesday (11/3). (EF/ZH)
