JAKARTA – PT Hartadinata Abadi Tbk (HRTA), gold bullion producer, continues to expand its business by securing a contract for the refining and trading of 5,711 kilograms, or 5.7 tonnes, of gold per year.

HRTA, along with PT Emas Murni Abadi (EMA) and PT Gorontalo Minerals (GM), signed the contract on Monday, March 10, 2025. Ong Deny, Corporate Secretary of HRTA, stated that this collaboration aims to boost the business activities of the involved companies.

"With this partnership, we hope to strengthen our position in the precious metals market and enhance the company’s operational performance," he said in a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Tuesday (11/3).

In this transaction, EMA is a subsidiary of HRTA, meaning the two companies have an affiliate relationship. However, there is no affiliation or conflict of interest between HRTA and GM, in accordance with prevailing capital market regulations.

In today’s (11/3) trading session, HRTA shares fell by 3.20% from IDR 500 to IDR 484 per share. Over the past week, HRTA shares have corrected by 4.76%, but in the last month, the stock has risen by 11.61%. (DK/ZH)
