JAKARTA – PT Mandala Multifinance Tbk (MFIN) is set to grant additional benefits to its shareholders with a bonus share distribution worth IDR 116 billion, scheduled for May 22, 2025.

MFIN will distribute bonus shares at a ratio of 1000:867.84. All these bonus shares will be taken out from the capitalisation of additional paid-in capital (share premium), totalling 2.32 billion shares.

Andreas Dwi Kurniawan, MFIN’s Corporate Secretary, stated that the bonus shares will be distributed proportionally to shareholders whose names are recorded in the Shareholders Register (DPS) as of April 30, 2025.

“This bonus share distribution will be discussed at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS), scheduled for April 17, 2025, to obtain shareholder approval,” Andreas revealed in a disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), quoted on Wednesday (12/3). (EF/KR/ZH)
