JAKARTA – On Tuesday, March 11, the Indonesia Stock Exchange's list of share ownership changes above 5% featured three individual investors who acquired shares in three distinct issuers. First, Liliawati Rahardjo used PT Indo Premier Sekuritas to purchase 2.56 million shares of PT Summarecon Agung Tbk (SMRA), a real estate developer. She currently owns 5.38% of this issuer's shares.

Subsequently, Ling Sun acquired 751,300 shares, resulting in a 5.84% stake in the construction company PT Koka Indonesia Tbk (KOKA). He used PT OCBC Sekuritas Indonesia to complete the purchase. Last but not least, Pandri Prabono-Moelyo increased his share part to 5.03% by purchasing 300,000 shares of energy company PT Indika Energy Tbk (INDY) through PT Mandiri Sekuritas.

This time around, PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk bought the most shares. Through PT Mirae Asset Sekuritas Indonesia, this controller increased its portfolio by 28.20 million shares of media issuer PT Surya Citra Media Tbk (SCMA), of which it now owns 62.92%.

Then, by acquiring 21.84 million shares of the oil and gas company PT Petrosea Tbk (PTRO), PTRO's controller, PT Kreasi Jasa Persada, increased its stake to 42.39%. PT BNI Sekuritas made this transaction possible.

Meanwhile, the greatest divestment was carried out by PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk, which sold roughly one hundred million shares of PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk (ENRG), another oil and gas business. It currently holds a 17.21% share part. With the remaining shares of 5.23%, PT Samuel Sekuritas Indonesia subsequently sold 27.48 million shares of the production company PT MD Entertainment Tbk (FILM).

This time, Prajogo Pangestu also sold shares, specifically 3.88 million shares of the petrochemical business PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk (TPIA). His share part was lowered to 5.23% through the sale through PT Bahana Sekuritas.

Foreign investors made the last two sales. Through PT CGS International Sekuritas Indonesia, IMR Asia Holding Pte Ltd sold 2.20 million shares of PT Fortune Indonesia Tbk (FORU), a provider of marketing communications services. The shares of this controller dropped to 76.81%. Lastly, 1.96 million shares of PT Wijaya Cahaya Timber Tbk (FWCT), a plywood company, were released by First Fortuna Holdings Pte Ltd through PT BCA Sekuritas, with the remaining shares being approximately 25%.
