JAKARTA – Harry Gusti Utama, Director of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BRIS), bought 20,000 shares of the company at IDR 2,500 per share on 4 March 2025.

At that price, Harry made an investment of IDR 50 million in BRIS shares.

“The purpose of this transaction is for investment with direct ownership,” Harry stated in an official BEI release on Tuesday (18/3).

This is the first time Harry has bought BRIS shares. After the transaction, Harry owns 20,000 shares of the company.

As of 3.50 PM WIB today, BRIS shares dropped 2.39% to IDR 2,450 per share. Since the beginning of this year, the shares have declined 11.87%. (DH/KR/ZH)
