Antasari Place boosts INPP revenue by 20% in 2025

JAKARTA – PT Indonesian Paradise Property Tbk (INPP) is aiming for double-digit revenue growth of around 20% in 2025. This target will be supported by two projects set to launch soon, one of which is Antasari Place, located in South Jakarta.
“To achieve this 20% target, INPP will be bolstered by projects that strengthen our portfolio this year,” said Anthony P. Susilo, President Director of INPP, in a press release on Tuesday (18/3).
INPP officially handed over Tower 1 of Antasari Place on March 18, 2025. This event also marked the inauguration of the marketing gallery for the retail area, which is set to open soon.
To date, around 75% of Antasari Place units have been sold, leaving 25% or 150 units available. The handover process will take place gradually.
“We only need sales of IDR 250 billion to clear the remaining 150 units and achieve our target,” Anthony stated.
Antasari Place is a modern and strategic vertical residence equipped with various facilities, including serviced apartments and retail areas, to enhance the convenience of residents and the surrounding community.
These facilities are projected to begin operations gradually after the Lebaran holidays or in Q2-2025. (DK/KR/ZH)
