Unusual transaction pattern, IDX monitors BULL shares

JAKARTA – The movement of PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk (BULL) shares has come under the observation of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) due to being classified as unusual market activity (UMA).
In a disclosure of information cited on Wednesday (19/3), Yulianto Aji Sadono, Head of the IDX Transaction Supervision Division, indicated an unusual transaction pattern for BULL shares. “This announcement does not necessarily indicate any violation of the laws and regulations in the capital market,” he said.
In session I at 09:45 WIB, the shares of this issuer declined by 1.63% or IDR 2 to IDR 121 per share. The shares opened at IDR 123, with the highest and lowest prices at IDR 123 and IDR 118 per share, respectively.
Yesterday (18/3), BULL shares rose by IDR 5 to IDR 123 at the close of afternoon trading. The volume of share transactions recorded was 249.83 million in 2,523 trades worth IDR 29.79 billion.
This issuer's shares have corrected by 6.15% or IDR 8 over the past week and have fallen by 8.27% or IDR 11 per share in the past month.
He stated that the capital market authority is currently monitoring the development of BULL share transaction patterns. Investors are advised to pay attention to the response to the exchange's request for confirmation and to carefully observe the company's performance and information disclosure.
