NAIK to distribute dividends of up to 50% from 2024 net profit

JAKARTA – PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi Tbk (NAIK), a company in the fire protection systems sector, plans to distribute dividends of approximately 25-50% of its 2024 net profit.
“The exact amount will be determined in the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS),” said Johannes, President Director of NAIK, in an official statement last Tuesday (18/3).
In terms of revenue, NAIK is targeting a revenue of IDR 300 billion in 2025, supported by project contracts valued at IDR 267 billion as of February 28, 2025.
According to Johannes, revenue will only be recognised once a project is completed. “Therefore, several ongoing projects will only contribute to the following year,” he said.
NAIK will optimise its marketing strategy to reach the target, such as by increasing participation in project tenders, strengthening the sales and digital marketing teams, and leveraging various digital technologies.
In today’s trading session I (19/3), NAIK’s share price surged by 14.71% to IDR 585 per share by 11.35 AM WIB. However, in the past five days, its share price has risen by 16.43%. (DK/KR/ZH)
