JAKARTA - Two members of the board of directors of PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk (TPIA) increased their shares in a transaction yesterday (19/3).

Erri Dewi Riani, General Manager of Legal & Corporate Secretary of TPIA, said that Erwin Ciputra, President Director of TPIA and Baritono Prajogo Pangestu, Vice President Director of TPIA, increased their share ownership. ‘The status of share ownership is direct,’ she said, quoting information disclosure, Thursday (20/3).

Erwin Ciputra bought 308,900 shares at IDR5,525-IDR6,050 per share and the number of shares increased to 139.40 million from 139.09 million. Meanwhile, Baritono Prajogo Pangestu added 68,500 shares at IDR5,830 per share, bringing his portion to 298,100 from 229,600 shares.

TPIA currently lists 86.51 billion shares, with a controlling shareholder structure of 43.61% and non-controlling shareholders of 56.39%. The number of shareholders is 13,674 and the ultimate beneficiary of share ownership is Prajogo Pangestu.

Yesterday (19/3), TPIA shares gained IDR700 to IDR6,125 at the close of the transaction. Trading volume was 33.80 million in 14,900 transactions worth IDR197.15 billion. (LK/LM)
