Sigmantara Alfindo divests 6.35 billion AMRT, only 37.89% stakes left

JAKARTA – The main shareholder of AMRT, PT Sigmantara Alfindo, released 6.35 billion shares on Monday, March 24, which was recognized in the list of changes in share ownership above 5% of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The controller reduced its share portion from 53.19% to 37.89% by selling shares through PT Korea Investment And Sekuritas Indonesia and BUT Standard Chartered Bank. PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk (AMRT) shares are involved in the minimarket industry.
The MNC Group's holding company, PT MNC Asia Holding Tbk, subsequently sold 15 million shares of its real estate subsidiary, PT MNC Land Tbk (KPIG). The investor currently owns about 9.11% of KPIG following the sale through PT MNC Sekuritas.
Then, through PT Panin Sekuritas Tbk, PT Nusantara Makmur Lestari, which owned 9.6% of PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS), sold 1.71 million shares in this palm oil manufacturer.
Then, through PT Surya Fajar Sekuritas, Lim Oi Wah sold 27.43 million shares of PT Dana Brata Luhur Tbk (TEBE). 6.17% of the equity participation issuer's shares are currently owned by this individual investor.
Next, 2.40 million shares of PT Surya Pertiwi Tbk (SPTO) were sold by foreign investor BBH Luxembourg S/A Fidelity Funds via Citibank N.A. Its ownership stake in the Japanese distributor of TOTO toilet products stayed at 5.05%.
Emtek, also known as PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk, simultaneously purchased shares in two issuers. First, through PT CLSA Sekuritas Indonesia, this investor purchased 100 million shares of PT Sarana Meditama Metropolitan Tbk (SAME), a hospital operator. Then, using PT Mirae Asset Sekuritas Indonesia, they also purchased 42.38 million shares of media issuer PT Surya Citra Media Tbk (SCMA). Emtek holds 79.04% of the shares in SAME, compared to 63.63% in SCMA.
By acquiring 38.81 million shares of fuel distributor PT Indah Prakasa Sentosa Tbk (INPS), PT Surya Perkasa Sentosa conducted the subsequent share addition. After acquiring shares through PT Investindo Nusantara Sekuritas, this controller increased its control to 79.79%.
A total of 5.56 million shares in hospital operator PT Mitra Keluarga Karyasehat Tbk (MIKA) were also acquired by its controller, PT Griyainsani Cakrasadaya. This transaction was made possible by PT Mandiri Sekuritas, and the investor's share portion went up somewhat to 64.16%.
Lastly, PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk's portfolio was expanded to include 4.5 million shares of PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (MDKA). The investor currently owns 20.3% of the shares in this metal ore mining issuer, having bought them through PT Ciptadana Sekuritas Asia. (KD)
