IDX lifts MASA's suspension, voluntary tender resumes

JAKARTA - Shares of PT Multistrada Arah Sarana Tbk (MASA) resumed trading in the negotiation market on Wednesday (26/3). The number of MASA shares that can be traded in the third period of the voluntary tender is approximately 4 million.
Citing information disclosure on Wednesday (26/3), Adi Pratomo Aryanto, Head of Corporate Valuation Division (PP) 2 of Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), said that the suspension of MASA shares in the negotiations market was lifted on Wednesday (26/3).
The announcement of the lifting of MASA's suspension in the negotiation market took place in session II at 13.24 WIB.
For information, MASA has extended the voluntary tender offer period from 15 March to 13 April 2025. The issuer received 292 offers representing 29.17 million shares out of a total of 33.18 million shares until last week (10/3).
As of November 2024, MASA's controller is Socgen SA Compagnie Generale Des Etablissments Michelin, with shareholdings of 99.64%, and non-controlling of 0.36%. The number of free float shares is 33.18 million or 0.36% of listed shares. (LK/LM/ZH)
