JAKARTA – On Tuesday, March 25, the Indonesia Stock Exchange's list of share ownership changes exceeding 5% highlighted PT Confectionery Consumer Products Indonesia, an investor who promptly acquired 90% of the shares of PT Yupi Indo Jelly Gum Tbk (YUPI), a confectionery manufacturer that had just gone public on the IDX that same day. Through PT Mandiri Sekuritas, Confectionery Consumer purchased about 7.69 billion YUPI shares.

Then, Verah Wahyudi S. Wong added 75 million shares to her ownership of PT Remala Abadi Tbk (DATA), an internet provider. By purchasing shares through PT Erdikha Elit Sekuritas, this individual investor was able to increase her ownership stake to 42.28%.

Additionally, PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia Tbk boosted its investment by 11.57 million shares in PT Adaro Minerals Indonesia Tbk (ADMR), its subsidiary in the metallurgical mining industry. PT Ciptadana Sekuritas Asia facilitated a minor rise in its controlling share percentage to 84.12%.

Then, by acquiring 9 million shares through PT Bank Permata Tbk and three additional securities, PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk raised its ownership stake in the metal ore mining company PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (MDKA) to 20.34%.

Through PT Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Barat Dan Banten Tbk, PT Chandra Asri Pacific Tbk acquired 8.66 million shares of real estate issuer PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA), marking the final share buy in this market hints. Its stake percentage rose to 5.58 percent.

Regarding share sales, Singgih Januratmoko sold 74.07 million shares of PT Janu Putra Sejahtera Tbk (AYAM), a poultry farming company. Through PT NH Korindo Sekuritas Indonesia, the sale was completed, lowering Singgih's ownership stake to 8.15%.

Thereafter, another individual investor, Lim Oi Wah, sold 8.72 million shares of PT Dana Brata Luhur Tbk (TEBE), leaving about 5.49% of the shares. PT Surya Fajar Sekuritas handled the sale of the shares.

This time, PT Samuel Sekuritas Indonesia sold the most shares, totaling 73.06 million shares of PT MD Entertainment Tbk (FILM), leaving 5.34% of the company's ownership.

After PT Panin Sekuritas Tbk sold 2.08 million shares of PT Elnusa Tbk (ELSA), a company that provides support services to the oil and gas industry, PT Batavia Prosperindo Internasional Tbk sold over 1 million shares of PT Malacca Trust Wuwungan Insurance Tbk (MTWI), an insurance issuer. Batavia Prosperindo owns 86.19% of MTWI, while Panin Sekuritas owns 7% of ELSA. Both transactions were carried out through PT Panin Sekuritas Tbk. (KD).
