ADMF CEO I Dewa Made Susila: AGMS approves IDR 703 billion dividend

JAKARTA – Financing company PT Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk has approved a dividend distribution of IDR 703 billion for the 2024 financial year.
I Dewa Made Susila, President Director of Adira Finance, announced that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) and Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on Tuesday (25/3) approved a dividend distribution of IDR 703 per share.
The recording date has been set for April 15, 2025, with dividend payment scheduled for April 25, 2025.
In addition to the dividend distribution, Adira Finance allocated IDR 14.1 billion, or 1% of net profit, as a general reserve fund in accordance with the requirements of the Company Law.
At the same time, the AGMS also approved changes to the board of commissioners and directors, including the appointment of Honggo Widjojo Kangmasto as Commissioner and Ricky Gunawan as Director, effective after passing the Fit and Proper Test by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
According to IDNFinancials.com, ADMF recorded a 27.64% year-on-year (yoy) decline in net profit to IDR 1.41 trillion in 2024, despite a revenue increase of 5.07% yoy to IDR 9.99 trillion. (DH/ZH)
