Three former BI officials become commissioners at BBRI, BBNI, and BBTN

JAKARTA - Bank Indonesia (BI) has appointed three officials at the assistant governor level to become commissioners of three state-owned banks.
Ramdan Denny Prakoso, Executive Director of the Head of the BI Communication Department, said that the BI Board of Governors Meeting on (27/3) respectfully dismissed three officials at the assistant governor level who were appointed as commissioners in state-owned banks. ‘The dismissal is effective as of the date of each decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM),’ he said in a press release on Friday (28/3).
According to him, the three officials have had a career of more than 30 years at BI with high performance, dedication, professionalism, and integrity. ‘The three officials can contribute optimally to the bank's performance in supporting the progress of the national economy,’ he said.
The three officials are Edi Susianto, Assistant Governor, Head of BI's Monetary and Securities Asset Management Department, who became Independent Commissioner of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI) on 24/3; Donny Hutabarat, Assistant Governor, Head of BI's Financial Market Development Department, who was appointed Commissioner of PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI) on 26/3; and Ida Nuryanti, Assistant Governor, Head of BI's Human Resources Department, who became Independent Commissioner of PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BBTN) on 26/3.
