JAKARTA - Ram Jethmal Punjabi actively increased his stake in PT Tripar Multivision Plus Tbk (RAAM) in 24 transactions during one week, from 19 to 26 March 2025 With the share purchase transaction, he strengthened his majority stake in this issuer.

Sugiri, Corporate Secretary of RAAM, said that Ram made transactions totalling 16.6 million shares or 0.241% of the shares with purchase prices varying in the range of Rp268-Rp280 per share, with total shares worth Rp4.49 billion.

Furthermore, Ram's share ownership increased to 4.80 billion shares or 70.748% of the shares. Previously, he owned 70.504% of the shares.

‘The purpose of this transaction is for investment with direct share ownership,’ Sugri explained in his official statement, quoted on Friday (28/3).

RAAM shares had fluctuated and strengthened 2.14% or +6 points to Rp286 at the closing of the stock exchange on Thursday (27/3). In a week, its share price rose 5.15%, but in a month, it fell 15.88%. (EF/LM)
