BBRI to pay out IDR 51.73 trillion in dividends, here's the schedule

JAKARTA - PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBRI) will distribute cash dividends of IDR 51.74 trillion to shareholders, according to the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) held on Monday (24/3).
This dividend is 85% of the company's consolidated net profit for the fiscal year 2024, which was recorded at IDR 60.64 trillion, a slight increase of 0.36% year-on-year (yoy).
The dividend value is equivalent to IDR343.4 per share, including the previously distributed interim dividend on 15 January 2025 of IDR135 per share or a total of IDR20.34 trillion. Thus, the remaining final dividend to be distributed reaches IDR208.4 per share or IDR31.4 trillion.
The cash dividend will be paid to shareholders whose names are registered in the Register of Shareholders (DPS) at PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) on 14 April 2025. For shareholders registered in the collective custody of KSEI, dividend payments will be made through the Customer Fund Account (RDN) on 23 April 2025. Proof of dividend payment will be submitted by KSEI to shareholders through securities companies and/or custodian banks.
Meanwhile, shareholders who are not registered in KSEI's collective custody (script shareholders) will receive dividend payments directly to their respective personal accounts. Dividends for the Republic of Indonesia as the major shareholder will be channelled in accordance with the instructions of the Minister of SOEs.

- Cum dividends on regular and negotiated markets: 10 April 2025
- Cash market cum dividends: 14 April 2025
- Ex regular and negotiated market dividends: 11 April 2025
- Ex cash market dividend: 15 April 2025
- Register of shareholders entitled to dividends (recording date): 14 April 2025
- Dividend payment date: 23 April 2025
At the close of trading on Thursday (27/3), BBRI's share price rose 1.25% or +50 points to IDR4,050 per share. Meanwhile, its share price has surged 10.35% in the past month. (EF/LM)
