Revenue growth narrows SRAJ’s losses by 39%

JAKARTA – PT Sejahteraraya Anugrah Tbk (SRAJ), the operator of Mayapada Hospital, recorded a significant 39% year-on-year (yoy) reduction in net losses in 2024.
According to the 2024 Financial Report, this improvement was driven by a 25.8% increase in SRAJ’s revenue, rising from IDR 2.5 trillion to IDR 3.2 trillion in 2024.
Revenue growth was evenly distributed across all service segments, with inpatient care contributing 62.3% or around IDR 2 trillion, while outpatient services generated IDR 1.2 trillion, accounting for 37.7% of total revenue in 2024.
Operationally, hospitals in Jakarta remained the largest revenue contributor, reaching IDR 1.6 trillion, followed by Banten, West Java, and East Java.
However, in 2024, hospitals in West Java started to report positive operating profit, which drove SRAJ’s operating profit to soar 71.8% to IDR 182.5 billion.
Ultimately, SRAJ managed to improve its net losses by 39% in 2024, narrowing from IDR 38.5 billion in 2023 to just IDR 23.5 billion in 2024. (ZH)
