JAKARTA - PT XL Axiata Tbk (EXCL) will distribute dividends amounting to IDR 1.12 trillion based on the performance of the 2024 fiscal year, with a dividend per share (DPS) equivalent to IDR 85.7.

This decision was based on the results of the Company's Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS), held on Tuesday (25/3) in Jakarta.

The dividend amount equals 62% of EXCL's net profit in 2024, which was recorded at IDR 1.85 trillion, showing an increase of 45% year-on-year (YoY).

Here is the schedule for EXCL dividend distribution:

• Cum dividend in regular and negotiated market: April 11, 2025

• Ex dividend in regular and negotiated market: April 15, 2025

• Cum dividend in cash market: April 14, 2025

• Ex dividend in cash market: April 16, 2025

• List of Shareholders eligible for cash dividend: April 15, 2025, until 16:00 WIB

• Dividend payment date: April 24, 2025
