ARCI's profit fell 28.22% throughout 2024

JAKARTA - PT Archi Indonesia Tbk (ARCI), a gold mining company owned by conglomerate Peter Sondakh, recorded a 28.22% year-on-year (yoy) decline in net profit in 2024 to US$ 10.45 million, from US$ 14.56 million in 2023.
Assuming an exchange rate of IDR16,155 per US dollar, ARCI's net profit in 2024 is equivalent to IDR168.94 billion.
Despite the decline in net profit, ARCI's revenue grew 15.21% to US$287.61 million in 2024, from US$249.63 million in 2023.
Based on ARCI's 2024 financial report on Thursday (3/4), all of ARCI's revenue came from the domestic market, with no contribution from overseas customers as recorded in the previous year.
For information, the three main buyers of ARCI gold in 2024 are PT Swanim Murni Mulia (US$139.61 million), PT Untung Bersama Sejahtera (US$74.66 million), and PT Indo Prosperity International (US$37.2 million). (DK/KR/LM)
