PT MNC Land Tbk (KPIG) engages in development, trade, industry, and services; including construction, real estate, and water management. Its business activities include leasing office space, providing project management services, investing in subsidiaries and associations. Initially, its name was PT Kridaperdana Indahgraha, a property management company which was acquired by MNC Group in September 2007. Then, MNC changed the company’s name to PT Global Land Development Tbk. Over years, it strengthened its business by acquiring companies that engaged in property and building management sector, as well as an outsourcing business to improve its services. Other than managing hotels and properties, the company also manages MNC x Koléga, a co-working space, since 2019.
