PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk (BBTN) announced that there has been a conversion of Management and Employee Stock Option Plan (MESOP) Phase II amounting 139,500 shares and Phase III amounting 21,500 shares.

Thus, the total shares of PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange was amounted to 10,462,105,300 shares, while the right of MESOP option that has not been converted for Phase II was amounted to 14,339,700 shares, and for Phase III was 7,655,000 shares.
