On March 24, 2016, PT. Bursa Efek Indonesia has approved the share record of the additional share without preemotive rights of  PT. XL Axiata Tbk (EXCL) amounting 8,986,668 shares.

By that listing date, then the shares PT. XL Axiata Tbk which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange amounting 8,550,368,338 shares.

According to the provision of PT. Bursa Efek Indonesia and to the letter of PT. XL Axiata Tbk to PT. Bursa Efek Indonesia on March 22, 2016 related to the listing shares request,then the new shares will be locked-up, with the provision 50% volume of issued shares by 2 years since the date issue, and the rest amounting 50% will be locked-up for 3 years since the date issue.
