Plan of proceeds usage

Proceeds obtained by the company from PMHMETD II after deducting all costs related to PMHMETD II will be used for:

1. Approximately 50% will be used for the addition at a maximum of 15 Big Bus fleets, 25 Medium Bus fleets, and 45 Minivan fleets from third parties.
2. Approximately 30% will used for equity participation in the company's subsidiaries
3. The rest will be used for the working capital in the company's activities, such as payment for operational costs (fuel payments, salaries and employee benefits, etc.), which must be issued in cash related to the strategy to improve the company's performance.
