In connection with the significant cumulative price increase of PT Ladangbaja Murni Tbk. (LABA) shares, for the purpose of cooling down as a form of protection for investors, PT Bursa Efek Indonesia deems it necessary to temporarily suspend trading of PT Ladangbaja Murni Tbk. (LABA) shares and Series I Warrants (LABA & LABA-W) on May 8, 2024.

The temporary suspension of trading of PT Ladangbaja Murni Tbk. (LABA) shares will be carried out on the Regular Market and Cash Market, while the temporary suspension of trading of PT Ladangbaja Murni Tbk. (LABA-W) Series I Warrants will be carried out on all markets, with the aim of providing sufficient time for market participants to carefully consider all available information in their investment decisions regarding PT Ladangbaja Murni Tbk. (LABA & LABA-W) shares and warrants.
