In connection with the email from PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) number KSEI2457/DIR/0524 dated May 8, 2024, regarding the Postponement of the second Interest Payment of PT Widodo Makmur Perkasa Tbk's 2023 Phase I Medium Term Notes (MTN) (WMPP01X1MF), it is informed that the second interest payment to holders of PT Widodo Makmur Perkasa Tbk's 2023 Phase I MTN (WMPP01X1MF) through the Account Holders, which was supposed to be made on May 13, 2024, has been postponed.

Considering the above matters, the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has decided to temporarily suspend the trading of PT Widodo Makmur Perkasa Tbk's (WMPP) securities (shares) on all markets starting from the first trading session on May 13, 2024, until further notice from the Exchange.

The Exchange requests all interested parties to always pay attention to the information disclosure provided by the Company.
