In connection with the significant cumulative price increase of PT Pyridam Farma Tbk (PYFA) shares and as a protective measure for investors, the Indonesia Stock Exchange deems it necessary to impose a temporary trading suspension of PT Pyridam Farma Tbk (PYFA) shares in the Regular and Cash Markets and for Series I Warrants of PT Pyridam Farma Tbk (PYFA-W) in all markets, effective from the first trading session on October 4, 2024, until further notice.

The Exchange urges all relevant parties to always pay attention to the information disclosures provided by the company.
