Therefore, PT. Austindo Nusantara Jaya Tbk now has a total of 3,354,175,000 shares listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange, while the right of MESOP option that has not been converted for Phase I was 5,925,000 shares and the right of MESOP option that has not been converted for Phase II was 5,100,000 shares.
